TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with Sewing the Seeds you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal services for which we will not be responsible.

 

OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

 

 ORDERS

Please follow the check out instructions on the website to place your order.  Once we have received your order, we will send you a Confirmation of order via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your payment.

 

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices on this site are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices and availabilities are as stated on the website, but Sewing the Seeds reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, small errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' at point of sale.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Full payment is required before shipping. Ordered items will be shipped once full payment in received in Sewing the Seeds account. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted payment methods. 

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent within 3 working days of payment being received in full into Sewing the Seeds account. In some situations Australia Post may take up to 3 days if shipping over a weekend domestically. International shipments require minimum 6 business days to arrive. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays.

Express orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday (pending payment receipt in full).  

 

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

Standard Australia Post: Flat rate AUD $5.00 (delivered in 2 - 4 business days)

Express Australia Post: Flat rate AUD $10.00  (allow 1 - 2 business day delivery) 

International Shipping (Rest of the World): Flat rate AUD $25.00 (delivered in 7-10  business days with tracking)

SEWING THE SEEDS  is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies or administrative fees and duties that may apply in customer country.

Express orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday (pending payment receipt in full).  

 

TRACKING

Once an order has been placed and payment received in full, we will post your item(s). As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order and a link to your tracking information. Tracking is available for all goods shipped domestically with either Standard or Express Australia Post. Tracking is available for goods shipped internationally with either Standard or Express Australia Post.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love the items you purchase but we know occasionally things can go wrong, so if there is something that isn’t right with what you’ve ordered please inform us. We will replace the product If the item that you received was:

1. Damaged or faulty
2. Not what you ordered

We will replace the item free of charge. However the items must be unused and have their tags still in place. We will not replace products where the tags have been removed. You have the option of the following:

1.  Exact Replacement product (if available)
2.  Credit note
3.  Replacing it with another product of the same value
4.  Refund

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT TO US

Please contact us before you send any product back to us. In your correspondence with us please let us know the following information:

1. Your name
2. Your order number
3. Your address
4. The reason for your return
5. Whether you would prefer a replacement product, refund or credit note.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we have heard from you we will let you know the address to send the products back to and the procedure. Our email address is sewingtheseedsorg@gmail.com

 

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We try to be efficient and get your order out as soon as we are able, so it may be too late to cancel. In those cases we will inform you of the process that’s involved if you still wish to cancel your order.
